Naw-Rúz, which coincides with the spring equinox, holds profound spiritual significance. It symbolizes the renewal of both nature and the human spirit. In the Bahá’í calendar, it also marks the end of the Nineteen-Day Fast—a period of prayer and spiritual reflection observed by Bahá’ís. Naw-Rúz is thus a time of joy, gratitude, and rededication to worship and service. It serves as a reminder of the Manifestation of God, whose teachings bring spiritual life and illumination to humanity. The Bahá’í principles of the oneness of religion and the oneness of humankind.
